SCHEDULE

Created to inspire guests with a weekend packed full of delicious culinary experiences and Vail adventure. FEAST! Vail kicks-off the summer season with the adventurous, Memorial Day Weekend culinary celebration. Renowned Vail chefs will collaborate and compete with visiting guest chefs. Chefs will be joined by masters of the vine, cocktail artisans and craft beer pros –all game for adventure, from the kitchen table to the mountain trail. 

 

FRIDAY, MAY 24​
6 - 9PM Small Plates, Big Valley Flavors, Solaris Plaza - $75 per adult / $15 (Age 14 & under)
Lookout Vail, we’re serving up the ultimate small plates experience to kick off the holiday weekend with delicious style! Enjoy a small plates tasting presented by celebrated Vail Valley and talented guest chefs. No inaugural feast would be complete without sips and tunes--so we’ve added wines, microbrews, hand-crafted cocktails, and live Bluegrass music to the mix! To top it off, you’ll have the opportunity to choose your favorite bites and help us crown a Best Bites Bunch. Limited to 250 ppl.

9-10:30AM Yoga for a Cause, Gore Creek Promenade - Requested Donation
Begin your day in the mountain air with local yogis and an hour-long class for all abilities—followed by a refreshing smoothie. This community event is first-come, first-served—be sure to bring your own mat.  No ticket is necessary and all donations raised will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Eagle and Lake Counties and Africa Yoga Project. Limited to 25 ppl.

Take Memorial Day Weekend to new heights with an instructional climbing clinic at the Vail Athletic Club. After you’ve reached your personal peak on the wall, you’ll cool down over a healthy brunch at Terra Bistro, complete with Bloody Mary or Mimosa to toast your accomplishment. The event is open to all levels of expertise, no equipment necessary—just bring your sense of adventure and your appetite! Limited to 25 ppl.

Hands-on tasting with Sonnenalp Executive Pastry Chef, Bernie Oswald, who celebrates this delightful and delicious favorite with personal recipes and pairings, from decadent chocolate fondue to seasonally healthy yogurt based fondue. In a nod to the Vail Valley lifestyle, Elway’s Sommelier Jim Lay has curated an adventurous tasting of wines from rugged wine producing regions. 4-5:30PM Pinot Boot Camp, Solaris Plaza - $40 per person
Fun, interactive immersion tasting that celebrates one of the world’s most popular varietals. Sommelier Nick Noesen will deep dive into all things Pinot, provides a window into the capacity of Pinot Noir to reflect the unique characteristics of the region in which the grapes are grown--and the different styles and personalities that are reflected in the pours. Includes a tasting of cheese to round out the experience.

4-6PM Pins & Pours, Bol
Get Happy Hour rolling with cool, retro cocktails, bites and a game or two with your favorite chefs on the lanes at Bol. Admission and live entertainment are complimentary; FEAST! Cocktails, bites and Free bowling are available from 4-6 pm.
Bowling is first come-first served. 



6PM-10PM Explore Vail
Wrap up your day by dining, at your leisure, at any one of Vail's amazing restaurants. A number Vail eateries will be offering unique FEAST! Vail specials. Please check with your favorite Vail restaurant for reservations. 


SUNDAY, MAY 26

Warm up for another day of culinary action with an intimate, hosted hike up Vail Mountain with a trail expert as well as a couple of FEAST! chefs. You’ll be rewarded with a breathtaking view and a delicious brunch at Tavern on the Square which includes their signature Bacon Bloody Mary and Mimosas. The event has limited space, so secure you place on the trail! The event is open to all ability levels. Limited to 40 ppl.

7:00AM-11:30AM The Valor Races & Post-Race Manor Vail Brunch (Half-Marathon, 5 Mile Run/Walk, Family Run)

Runners and walkers will be treated to stunning Gore Range views along a moderate course on rolling, paved surfaces through residential neighborhoods and along Vail Bike Path. All participants will receive a Valor Races finisher medal and a delicious post-race brunch provided by Manor Vail Lodge.
