Nick became the Director of Beverage Purchasing while working in various food and beverage positions throughout his five year tenure at the Park Hyatt.  In 1999 Noesen received his Sommelier diploma from the Court of Master Sommeliers. The ultimate credential for the wine and spirit professionals.



In 2001, Nick joined Red Bull North America as a Marketing and Event Specialist.  He worked with Red Bull until 2007 based in Denver, CO and as an On Premise Manager in Chicago, IL. During his time with Red Bull North America he helped to create one of the most recognizable lifestyle brands in the world.



In 2005 Nick purchased Avon Liquor with business partner Brian Kruse.  While working with Red Bull Nick met Brian which would lead to the future business partnership.  Avon Liquor was established  in 1982. Avon Liquor has been recognized as one of the premier wine and spirits stores in Colorado by Wine Spectator and Market Watch, an industry trade publication.  Nick focuses on small and artisan wine producers. craft and speciality beer and spirits.
