MEET JULIAN HAMPTON SMITH III, CHEF

AT BOL - VAIL

Julian Smith grew up in the restaurant business in Hilton Head Island, SC. Studying at a young age under accomplished chefs then graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 2002. Following school he worked in some of the best restaurants in New York including Union Square Café, Craft, Chanterelle, and the re-opening of Le Cirque. After moving to Vail in 2007 Julian worked with Kelly LIken and Centre V and opened as a line cook at Bol in July in 2010. Since then he has worked his way up to become the Chef.
