Chef Dodd comes to The Arrabelle from the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles, Calif., where he served as executive chef for the past seven years. During his tenure the restaurant was rated by Zagat as “Most Popular Hotel Restaurant” in 2003 and 2004. Prior to this position, Chef Dodd worked as chef-de-cuisine for two years at the Phoenician in Scottsdale, Ariz., creating dynamic dishes for Windows on the Green and the Terrace, both four-star, four-diamond restaurants. He also has culinary experience at The Little Nell in Aspen, Colo., where he worked for seven years.
